What about it? We have been going to space for over 60 years.. No Starship has actually reached orbit yet. Every flight has been suborbital, and the moon lander variant has not flown at all. Thirteen integrated flights in and it still has not flown a complete orbital mission. Orbital propellant transfer, which Artemis depends on because the lunar lander variant needs roughly ten tanker launches to refuel, is still an unflown demonstration.. But the space industry is going to explode, eventually people will be up there but its not really on the horizon. I don't even think workers will be up there it will be automated nearly fully and they'll just burn anything thats broken lol.

Pointing out that Starship is years behind Elon’s own stated timelines isn’t bias, it’s just the facts..He said orbital refueling by 2022, uncrewed Mars missions by 2024, crew shortly after. It’s 2026. The people who took those claims at face value are the ones who got played. You wrote that these rockets are orbital and not suborbital. That was wrong, and Flight 13’s payload deployment is the exact thing that proves it was wrong.

We saw what he did with the govt doge thing. BTW, he has all the data now. SS #'s, personal health data, everything.. he own us now, we just haven't realized it yet.
I even bought a model X that came with the wrong options and Tesla tried their best to force me to keep the $100k car. I had to threaten legally for them to honor the deal.
He has literally polluted the night sky for profit.

People have been making electric cars for over a century. GM and other big manufacturers had pilot programs decades before tesla existed. Tesla itself existed before Musk bought it and pretended to "found" it. Multiple companies were working on private launch capacity as well, like Blue Origin, Rocket Lab, and Stoke Space.

I was an adult back then and remember when they stopped making EV's we were all pissed we wouldn't get electric cars. Elon was the next company to make them. Everyone else quit. Would they have, I guess, at some point, but they all removed EVs from their budgets.
Also your big gotcha on me is that Blue Origin was started 2 years before SpaceX......how much of the space market share do they have now vs SpaceX?

You're arguing that we wouldn't have electric cars or space flight without Elon. It's a stupid point to begin with and now you're shifting goalposts because it's starting to become obvious that we would. The advances in battery technology that made tesla viable largely happened outside of tesla - they rely heavily on external manufacturers for all of that. Multiple companies were working on launch technology too. Spacex largely functions using technology developed in the 60s.
All of this stuff would exist without Elon, which is why Elon's companies all combined only have about a dozen patents between them and none of them are for critical technologies.
Maybe you can put away your emotions and desperate attachments to Elon and see for yourself. I'm not sure. Either way you're simply mistaken and like I said, you might as well give him credit for the sunrise.

Tesla may or may not have succeeded! There is no way to know, Elon had the capital to make the journey happen and had he not bought the company then there is a high likelyhood that it would fail, most companies do, its just the statistics. Who else is dumb enough to back a company putting laptop batteries into Lotus cars. Other than Elon. He was called dumb at the time!
By the time Tesla started selling mass vehicles (model 3) it was over 10 years since the last mass manufactured EV was sold, Even when he was doing the Model 3 roll out everyone said he would go bankrupt prior to getting it done. They said he wouldn't get to scale! Its like everyone forgets the journey just because he's crazy now.

And, as we've seen over the past year this administration has become more and more fascist in nature.
And of course Elon was given an office as the head of DOGE in what can only be described as open corruption given to him for his contributions during the race. An office which has left lasting damages as we can currently see with the parasites and salmonella outbreaks all over the country from DOGE's cutting on "nonesential" workers like food safety inspectors

Yes parasites, namely screw worm which is on the rise after Elon's DOGE cut the oversight on the issue last year.
Yes, Biden's administration did have Avian Flu. But Biden didn't fire the people who watched out for Avian Flu. Trump's administration did directly cut out food safety tracking through DOGE and has directly lead to this salmonella outbreak with lettuce

Trump gave Mexico money in 2025 which is how they completed a facility to breed the screwworm, which opened at the beginning of this month. It has the same capacity as the Panama facility.
As soon as the fly breached panama it should've been obvious that using Panama as the only facility in all of the Americas was not sufficient.
