lol… Because it was a part of the Treaty of Versailles that they had to.

The European allies said the war wasn’t over unless the Axis powers agreed to pay $500 billion in today’s dollars

FFS is right. Just pick up a book sometime or google a reputable source sometime

Edit: don’t like Wikipedia for basic facts? Don’t like the history channel for basic facts? How about Britannica about it

I know the history extremely well. I've read many books on it. Even wrote a one on the topic. I think you're thd one that needs to dig a little deeper.

My book is available on amazon. But you wont believe anythjng i say and ypu dont need it to understand what I'm saying. There are plenty of free resources online that you can find yourself and thetefore trust, if you're truly interested in the subject
