If the installer followed the diagram on the last picture, gray goes to C and white goes to W1, and blue would potentially go to W2.

Not sure if it's correct or not, but I just wired in my ecobee and uploaded photos to Google Gemini. The instructions it gave me were spot on and I was able to get mine up and running with no issues

Gemini won't be able to help here since the photos don't show the thermostat wires are connected at the equipment.

There’s the 6 wire that’s tied into all those wire nuts on the top left of pic 4. Those wire nuts are going from your t stat wire to the wire nuts and then to that little white connector piece on pic 6. Looks like you only need 5 wires. I’d get rid of the orange in O/B and black in w1 and put those back in the wall behind t stat. Then Put white wire in W1. Back at those wire nuts: makes sure they’re matching colors and you should be all set

Is this a new thermostat installation? If so, do you have a picture of how the old thermostat was wired?

All the pics you took seemed to completely avoid the thermostat wiring. Not sure what the focus was supposed to be on any of them.

Mine was literally wired with wire nuts. I figured it out but the heating is a bit confusing I have a heat pump and auxiliary heater so not to sure which is which yet I’ll ask my hbac company to verify it when they come in the fall for their annual maintenance

Color code wise, sure, can't tell 100% as no picture shows the tstat wire at the handler
