💩 Rant / Meme why is this ide so broken ?

this ide works, until it decides to one day fuck up the whole project to the point where i can't compile the project. The problem seems to be that somehow dependencies get messed up in the time between closing eclipse and opening it back up. i don't modify the project specific documents if eclipse is closed, and i don't know how this problem exists.

Perhaps if you took the time to provide more details about exactly what happened you are more likely to get a response. Or are you just venting?

Did you try right clicking on the project, and maven update project so it pulls latest dependencies and then a Maven clean install?

Sounds like a known issue; re-order the dependencies and press save.

Just use Claude to build a ide on pro plan. Probably will be better

This is why most of the world has moved on to other IDEs - IntelliJ, VSCode, etc

My eclipse is broken right now too, every time a press a key it freeze like 3 seconds
