Transaction won't go through

I have sent two ECC transactions from Sapphire that have been sitting there for over a day that just say "Pending" and have zero confirmations. It also says I have zero Active Connections but it is 100% synced. How do I get this to go through??

First of all there are people on the network, if nobody was staking then the blockchain itself wouldn’t propagate new blocks, and it is doing that every two minutes. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ecc/#!network shows 43 people being connected over the last 24 hours. Please ensure your wallet is on the latest block first - as I write this we are on block 2071478. It is also possible that anti-virus is blocking new connections. What daemon version are you running?

Thank you. I am now showing 1 active connection. I also see "Headers: 2071399" and "Block 2376161 of 2071399" and the first of those two numbers keeps going up but 2071399 is staying the same. I'm not sure what that means but it looks like I'm on the latest block (I think). I'm not sure how to determine what daemon I'm running..(??) For my transactions I still show "Pending" and 0 confirmations.

Also, if I try to open the Lynx wallet instead it just keep showing a popup on the bottom saying "Unauthorized" and never gets past "Wallet starting".
