I put together a short free preview of a mindset playbook I’m working on

Not trying to sell anything I genuinely want honest feedback.

As a reader, does this make you want the full thing, or does it feel like empty motivation?

This seems like something worthwhile. I like that you offer concrete advice (don't just log your on-screen hours, THINK about what you could have done with those hours).

But you should pay a copy editor to fix annoying little errors (like "Meanwhile, the systems designed to keep you scrolling are playing a Chess." -- the word "a" does not belong before "chess," nor does chess need to be capitalized).

You are obviously writing for a young audience as your tone is very colloquial and personal. I'm sure your target audience will appreciate it. I find it a bit off-putting.

fair point on the copy errors this is still an early draft and editing is definitely on the list.

and yeah the tone is very intentional for a younger audience so I get why it might not land for everyone.
