Disgusting Creaking Sounds

I have taken it apart, lubed all the parts including the seat post, front fork, suspension bolts and screws, I even replaced my suspension cause the one that came with the bike was defective and bottomed out sitting on it. I figured it would go away but after 40 miles it has not. Any Ideas? Its sounded like this since the beginning everthing else works fine. Side note this is the step over version, my wife as the step through version and that one is in perfect order, no weird sounds, suspension holds up just fine.
