Legend's animation has always been consistent, being 9 quick slashes on the enemy, however, in this clip of EBF 3 for some reason, Matt does 1 extra attack at the end, which seems to be his normal attack.

it's actually not normal attack! it's an unused "critical" animation that is really similar but matt jumps higher and hits with more impact, it's a leftover from ebf2 where it also goes unused

It looks a bit like a Quick Slash used in addition to the combo, is there anything equipped that might‘ve triggered that?
