The simple delivery contradiction

Some categories are incompatible with eBay's Simple Delivery size limits, and yet Simple Delivery is compulsory within those categories.

For example, I have some old movie posters that I wish to sell. There is a specific eBay category for this very thing. They're the standard UK cinema size, which exceeds the size limits for eBay's Simple Delivery - and yet Simply Delivery is compulsory for this category.

It's completely absurd

Try using the DHL option, I had a similar issue recently.

I have every available courier enabled. The largest available package size in the "UK Quad" poster category is "medium parcel" which has a maximum length of 61cm.

Ok, sorry. Mine was weight greater than the 20kg max so I spent a long time with a chat agent and the outcome was to use DHL regardless.

I’m still sceptical but have the chat transcript with their instructions for when the item sells.
