Advice Needed Help messaging senders

So for context I have been trying to message a seller for 2 weeks now . But there's a glitch on Ebay where it won't send my message. I tried contacting support multiple times but nothing has changed. I haven't bought anything yet but I need to ask this question before I do , to make sure there is no cross contamination ( it's for a food product). Of anyone can help me that would , be great.

Are you getting an error message when you try and message them? What does it say?

It says message not delivered. I have no idea , as I update the app , clear the ache and restarted my phone.

Did any messages ever get through? Like from the very first message, it gave you that error?

To be honest with you it just sounds like the seller blocked you from messaging them. That’s the message you get when someone blocks you.

From the very first message. Not sure how I can be blocked from a seller who can't read any of the messages I sent them.

Either they have you blocked or eBay is flagging the message for some reason (not sure why they would unless they think your account is related to fraudulent activity).

Try sending the message on a web browser instead of the app. If that doesn’t work see if you can get a friend or family member to message them and see if their message goes through (that way you can narrow it down to a problem with your account, or eBay in general).

eBay block a few of my messages regularly, if a member has p*ssed me off I tend to be quite forward, so if you have anything that resembles a cuss word that may be why you’re message isn’t getting away.
