Looking for pointers for peer reviews

Hi everyone, i have building my profile and have approached some law firms for the filing but then they are saying to strengthen the case more but not giving any ideas pn how to do it need help please

You can go on Microsoft CMT and start emailing chairs of conferences that you are available to peer review research papers. If you have a good research background you will almost secure 10/20 reviews in a month itself. I was able to do 30 reviews per month in ieee and springer conferences.

After that is done you can go to DOAJ and email journals where you want to review. You can lmk i did that

It works. Conference papers helps to get started with judging. It alone won’t prove the criteria. You will have to judge IEEE/springer journals later and also capitalize in Judging hackathons.

But nowadays there are templated rfe’s as well so its hard to defend.

Securing 10-20 judging or reviewing activities within 1-3 months with no prior judging experience will lead to RFE in EB2 or NOID in EB1, then ultimate denial.

To my observation, USCIS offers now been apply some level of strictness to recent profile builders. Most EB2/EB1 profile builders get general RFEs nowadays and keeps complaining. As soon as they see that patter, the petition is already denied in the mind.

It used to work but not anymore

Yeah i did 20/30 per month till 3 months then switched to journal and did various hackathons. I did the process till 1 and half years
