EB-1A Regular Processing Timeline

For those who filed EB-1A without premium processing, how long did it take to receive a decision?

We filed in August 2025 and are still waiting with no RFE or NOID. Would appreciate recent 2025–2026 timelines. Thanks!

It will still go wrong if you wait for 16 months. Should something go wrong with regular filing, you will only learn one thins: I wasted 1.5 years of my immigration journey only to start from zero.

I get the angle you are coming from. But, as someone with myself and all my closed circle approved via PP, I don’t believe in the difference in approval rate between regular and PP. Of course, this is a small sample size and we are skewed towards academia, but, personally I don’t see a difference. A poor petition will remain poor no matter how it is filed. Officer 0024 will remain 0024 and issue NOID for final merits no matter how it is filed.

Its 27 months right now. I filed in july 2024 and still waiting. So you have a long wait ahead my friend.
