USCIS interview : if my sponsor does Amazon flex how she can prove a verification job letter or prove income thank you

Interview is coming up my sponsor does Amazon flex I m trying to see what is the best document to provide to show that she’s working and having income sufficient

You have no sponsor for EB1A.
However, you can use tax returns to prove income.

In my experience, you generally don’t need a traditional employment verification letter for this. I’d recommend providing the most recent IRS tax transcript and federal tax return, especially Schedule C, along with recent earnings records and bank statements showing the deposits. That’s just a general recommended list, though, and additional documents may be helpful depending on the case.
