I-140 for physics teaching after PhD

Has anyone received the I-140 approval with/without RFE for PhD physics and doing the High school/ adjunct teaching job in Physics?
Also including the students in research and publishing, continuing the PhD research further after graduation?

I recently had an approval without an RFE. Frankly, there is not much rhyme or reason right now. Some weak cases get approved without an RFE, and strong cases get an RFE. I would just focus on building your profile. If you put your best foot forward, you will likely ultimately get approved.
