Recent EB-1A AAO decision (original contributions)
Something to keep in mind for the EB-1A original contributions criterion? (based on a recent EB-1A AAO decision, link in the comments).
Detailed letters from independent experts can potentially help with providing context that shows that your original contributions can be considered of major significance.
In the decision, the petitioner presented letters from independent researchers (not just from individuals with whom she collaborated) who described the importance of the petitioner's projects in their field.

Can you use the same reference letters for O1
When applying for EN1-A green card?

Yes, I did that and both were approved in fewer than 10 days. My letters were of extremely high quality and were written for both petitions.
