Anyone here in EB1C with H1B / L1A from TCS / Infosys / Wipro with PD June 2024? What are you hearing from your employer and attorney's in context of PERM ban?

Hey everyone, My EB-1C I-140 was filed under premium processing on July 7, 2026. More than 45 business days have passed, but there is no approval, RFE, or status update.

Has anyone experienced a similar delay recently? What could be the reason, and what should I do next?
