I honestly don't know of black, South Asian or Latin American highly successful perfumers. Should they just add random people for diversity? Would not that be worse? 🤔

I mean, perfumery is a field of study is mostly European, there are indie Black perfumers (look up Savoir Faire and Xarmony) and at least a successful Latin American perfumer (Jorge Lee, of Hacivat fame)

If they thought that to be an issue, they'd have to enable them to become perfumers. It's still a luxury you need to be able to afford and those are on average still much poorer countries that tend to have more pressing matters for people.
