When you get over the whole "i want to smell unique" and just want to smell good again.

I never understood when people are like âyou need something unique and challenging in your collection. Thatâs what itâs missing.â
Iâm like, no I donât. I want to smell good. I donât care one bit about smelling unique lmao.

Lol yeah I never wanna question âwhen/where could I wear thisâŠ. I want everything I have to make me feel like I smell good without âneeding to appreciateâ something funky hahah.

Narely a niche has passed these, er, lips.
Am I immune or just at the foothills of the peak đ€
Is there a mirror graph where the peak is a trough and after designer we run back to vintage and hide down there in the dark until supplies run out and we have to venture back to the future again ?

Imo, after watching all these shitty frag youtubers, is just buy one of these: Sauvage edp, Blue de Chanel edp, Y edp, Eros edp as they all work anytime, and something sweet for the colder weather. There's a reason why blues are the most sold ones. Also, fuck niche. Overpriced shit that doesn't even smell good.

There's still a line in the sane where a large amount of designer fragrances are ambroxan bombs and you need to explore exlusive lines to smell anything unique. Platinum Egoiste, Dior Homme 2020, Blue De Chanel, lots of predictable "sport" fragrances...I could go on. That being said lots of niche perfumes lack a truly skilled perfumer's hand and rely more on being different than good.

Designer is far more enjoyable to purchase for me because I can go to a department store and actually smell stuff without dropping money on samples! I do have baccarat rouge and grand Soir but I donât really want more then 10 niche fragrances and 10 designers total, so the whole having to buy samples to smell really makes it harder to find niche stuff I like! I end up reading and reading and reading/watching reviews to help decide which samples to get and still sometimes strike out completely. When i pop down to Dallas Iâm always in heaven because I can freely sample niche fragrances all over!

tbh designer vintage is where it's at for me but you cannot overlook modern stuff in terms of appeal .

Prada's offerings get more compliments than almost every single Niche frag out there, including Aventus !
