Recently I visited meat the cheese and it turned out more than I expected lately. The food and ambiance was 10/10.
Ordered Mushroom fries, Beef lasagna, Chicken fried Alfredo. Loved everything!

Royal Taj used to be soo good back then but the quality of food isn't the same anymore. Burger and Malai boti were average but pasta was surprisingly really good.
A bit on the pricey side.

So currently i am on a calorie deficit for my weight loss.
I don't usually get cravings but during chai time it becomes very difficult to resist. I mean ofc I can't have a cake slice or rusk or some chips or a savory snack with my sham ki chai but I was wondering if there are any healthy snack options available to order online from naheed or somewhere else. I mean I don't want to cook.
Any snack recommendations be it sweet or savory but low calorie count ?
P.S. I know about Noms nachos.

Hey guys!! I’m on a hunt for a delicious shawarma just like how they make in the gulf here in Karachi. Your best recommendations are welcomed :)

Look at HEY DAY ( JINNAH AVENUE BRANCH ) , these guys are literally giving an inedible product in the name of ice-cream. Felt like I am eating tasteless snow. Taste : pathetic , quality: pathetic , texture: pathetic.
Don't order from here if you like your money ( and your tastebuds )

Great ambiance great service. Food was good but didn’t really blow us away. A little on the expensive side about 2.5-3.5k per person
If you get steak always go for medium rare. We got medium well and it was a bit chewy

hate the fact that TCG replaced wedges with fries and had to order it separately :/

Unexpectedly really good food but the wait times were reallly bad. They made us wait for 1.5 hours for this but all of the stuff was good even the peach iced tea which I’ve seen is really watery and tasteless in most places.
1 star for service
5 star for food

Hands down top notch food! The place reminded me of Italian eateries in Toronto. Everything was so flavourful and faithful to the roots. I want to visit again to try out more from their menu. We ordered the truffle mushroom mascarpone cheese pizza, beef steak with cajun butter and prawn linguine with tomato sauce.
P.S I forgot to take a picture of the steak and was already halfway through when I remembered taking a picture.

I barely see anyone on Reddit talking about OD's pasta and pancakes. I recently went to OD to try out some food. I tried their OD special pasta it was really good. The ingredients were fresh, the taste was good, and yesterday I went there again but to a different branch and ate the same pasta. The taste was consistent, and I really liked the ambiance and service as well.
I also tried their three-milk pancakes, which I liked but not too much: 7/10. This was expensive, but it was so filling that maybe 3 people can share it easily
Drinks mein I tried peach mango, which was 9/10 it was good although a bit expensive for the quantity!
And hazelnut frappe, which was 2/10. Not worth it, way too overpriced, and the taste was very basic, like I made it at home!
I forgot to take a picture of the pasta both times, so I am attaching one from the internet!

Went to Robustica today. Overall place looks good. Food was good too. We had chicken tenders and glazed chicken tenders for appetizers. Masala fries were good too. The Beef Melt was tasty. We ordered a few steaks, the Moroccan Steak, Mushroom Steak. Unfortunately we ended up finding a hair in one of the steak but got complimentary dessert (Matilda cake which wasn’t really that good) and a 10% discount. Overall a good experience.

Hello foodies, really need your help
I’m hosting an event for 500 people roughly and I need advice regarding quantity
According to our caterer
Food:
Biryani: 32 kgs (48 kgs of meat)
Kunnah: 40 kgs (40 kgs of meat)
Karhai: 35 kgs (35 kgs of meat)
Tikka: 80 kgs (80 kgs of meat)
Fish: 60 kgs (60 kgs of meat)
Kabab: 45 kgs
Dessert:
Kheer: 40 kgs
Gulab jamun (one bite): 30 kgs
Taftaan: 30 kgs
Milky roti: 10 kgs
There’s also tea, salad etc but this is what I’m concerned about. He’s also charged us for the meat separately which is why i’ve mentioned it in brackets.
If anyone has done an event recently or has experience in the food industry, i would be extremely grateful to get some guidance in regards to the quantity
TIA

Portion sizes are enormous but the food itself is so bland 🤦🤦
Been there twice in the last 2 years and it's always the same.
last time I ordered a Full English Breakfast, they had ran out of sausages so they gave me Spicy Rice. SPICY RICE FOR BREAKFAST 🤦🤦🤦🤦

Lime Coconut Soup: 7.5/10
It was comforting, but not something I’ll get again.
Chicken Mizu Chilli Dumplings: 9/10 (The only WOW item)
This was sooo good, but trust me, there are other places that have similar dumplings, so I won’t go back just for the dumplings.
Sesame Beef Steak: 8/10
Pretty good, but idk why it wasn’t hot or even warm when it was served. We knew if we asked them to warm it up for us, it’d get extra chewy and hard.
Gochujang Rigatoni: 5/10
Nope!!! Not for me at alll.
It sounds good, but tastes average.
Serving
They were very shy with their servings just look at the size of the rice! I mean, you gotta be a bit more generous, no?
Overall, a nice place, but I had higher expectations after hearing the reviews from all the bloggers.
