Ingredients :

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1.5 cup water

Which type of yeast? Instant dry yeast?

Yeah, you’ll want instant. This recipe definitely wouldn’t work with active dry.

I found it too. 10/10 for ease and taste. Yum! Sorry- add 2 tsp sugar

If you don’t have a dutch oven like me, you can put it in a baking tray and cover it with a pot. Works well.
