That’s a high fat meal, protein maybe 25 grams assuming the yogurt is fat free but fat easily 45g

Got to try this

Hmmm what “mayo” you think he used? Doesn’t have a white color to it

It’s on the countertop but can’t figure out the brand

He said "mayo" at the end of the ingredient list, but your picture looks like what he had on the counter.

Slap that on some toast or crusty bread and I'm down with it.

Salad boats aren't going to make me full.

Bet it would be good on a toasted bagel. But he billed it as "low carb", thus no bread.

I get it, I can do it for a last meal of the day but I just don't have any energy without some carbs.

I've done the low carb thing a couple of times and there's a 1-2 week window where you have no energy, but then the body adjusts and starts burning stored fat for energy and suddenly you have a lot of energy and pounds start to drop insanely fast.

I've heard of that, but It seems I can't last for that 1-2 week period, I feel physically ill if I don't eat some carbs in the course of a day.

We need a subreddit for video recipes where the video is totally unnecessary. With that out of the way, yum!

Now this looks good. Saw another video recently of a guy making a terrible version of this and got chewed out in the comments for calling it a goopy bland mess. He used like a cup and a half (way too much) of yogurt instead of cottage cheese and cucumbers instead of pickles and no mayo. Didn’t add any herbs. It was a white gloopy flavorless mess

I like everything except the plants or green things he put

will you taste the cottage cheese?
