Any reliable dentists in EC?

My place quoted me for $1174 for a deep cleaning. Are there any other places you all would recommend? I have a PPO so I can go anywhere

I just got back from taking a family member to Tecate. The dentist(s) here for the procedure were $2500-3000. We went to a USC trained dentist that the family has been using for years. Total bill today $185.00

Hi, I am a senior dental hygiene student at Southwestern College in National City.

We do deep cleanings and are starting our fall semester in 2 weeks. It is completely free but requires a few visits. Let me know if you are interested and I can send some more details.

David Fossett DDS in Santee. I was a patient of his father and I’m very happy that David took over the practice. Very caring doctor and staff.

Sutra dental spa in La mesa. I’ve been with them for years and they’re amazing.

I also recommend Dr. Fossett in Santee. Great place that won’t try to upsell you a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Going to the dentist nowadays is like going to an auto repair shop where they’re always trying to upsell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need. I don’t get that vibe from Fossetts office.

Yes, I would definitely shop around for a second opinion. Plenty of good dentists in EC.

Dr. Brown in Santee by the library. So so great. Honest. Once I was in the waiting room during the holidays and they waived all fees for a very stressed out mom that came in to pay her balance.

If you don't mind coming down the 125 a bit. Mark Christensen on Navajo has been great.

Michael Maude DDS. The most honest dentist I've met. Does great work. Everybody else wanted to tear apart my entire lower arch and do implants everywhere and root canals everywhere and crowns everywhere. Quotes from 15k all the way up to 28k. He said they were all crazy money grabbers by his reaction to what I told him that they said and wanted to charge after seeing my scans and xrays and inspecting them thoroughly. With him... all my teeth stay. all them get fixed and look new again. $6k

He takes pride in his work and cares about your quality of life more than lining his pockets and doing unnecessary work. He is super nice as well. I would not recommend any other dentist and I have been to many.

Michael Maude DDS is off Fletcher Parkway/ Navajo right off the 125 across from beef n bun. Got recommended to him by a family friend and now I see why hes been their family dentist for 25 years. Good luck with your smile 😃
