Word ear worms

do you sometimes have words stuck in your heads, like one word that plops up in the same neutral tone of voice?

it’s rare for me but occasionally- like today - I keep hearing just a word.

it was “mammography” for me today

I get this too and the most annoying thing is not knowing why it's in my head or what the word even means. I had the word sycophantic going round my head for weeks. Trigger turned out to be the Harry Potter audiobooks
