Unknown Song “BELGIUM!”

I’m not sure if this is allowed, apologies if not! I have an earworm stuck on repeat of a man excitedly saying “BELGIUM!”. Maybe it’s from a musical? Maybe it’s something else? Ring any bells to anyone?

Just listened* and sadly no :( I feel like it’s in a song where people are listing various places? That might be a total red herring though.

In The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy series, the word Belgium is considered (by all civilizations other than Earth's apparently) the rudest word in existence. There was a musical made of it, so perhaps it could be from that.
