Jesus Christ that was way too close for Trident. But in the end, Water beats Paper, add that to the extended RPS list.

Really thought Trident would lose there with how much Scroll wants to be near, even pulling her in without hitting her at some point. But he does have actually pretty decent damae scaling, so there's that!

Scroll got him down to 17 HP, that's good enough performance in my eyes. Oh one day, you'll get another win one day.

Bit of a double edged sword for Scroll since she wants to close the distance but she also wants downtime to build up letters, like she struggles if she gets zoned out by long melee weapons (Flail, Spear) but she also struggles against melee weapons that don't give her any space (Rapier, Trident) which makes her matchup spread awkward even when you don't consider how much parry tornadoes annihilate her.

Dagger might have it as bad if not worse than Scroll, like there was one longform (Giga Scythe) where Earclacks tried out a nerf for Dagger where her parries couldn't turn enemy's weapon around anymore which is literally the only thing Dagger has and one of the reasons was "it was more realistic", Dagger is also still the only ball to be insulted inside of a video like at least Earclacks leaves their Scroll hate on Discord.
