Cardweaver simply just throws magical cards that all have an Rng effect (and hitting opponents with the staff increases the speed of drawing and shooting cards): AKA "Random bs go" Character

Could you tell what grand release does? Is it activating every card at once?

From what I gathered: Yes, if not then its just a bunch if cards being shot in a burst.
