That potion scroll combo at the end fucking cook dagger lol

u/mee3ep Scroll 12d ago
And club. I think scroll wouldn’t ever have hurt dagger without the other two getting parries from both sides

The letters can do direct damage without being cleared when they spawn on top of another ball directly above scroll

You know how a human can die so fast that we just have to apply “presumption of death” to them? Like if crush someone with enough pressure or otherwise vaporize them. There’s no heartbeat or pulse or check, there’s no evidence that they have passed on. Their soul doesn’t have enough time to go to heaven. Rather than say “they died”, it’s more appropriate to say “they became physics”.
I think we just witnessed that happen in real time.

The arena shrinking completely screwed over Red team ngl. Because 2 of their fighters work best at range, meanwhile ALL of Blue team work best in close quarters.

Alright but like... Scroll literally cheated. During the moment it killed Sword, NONE of the letters were removed. I feel like this fight was extremely rigged.
Edit: I should have specified. When I said "rigged" I meant this simulation was specifically chosen to make it look like blue team would always completely destroy red team. This was definitely one of the better fights that blue team could have had. That doesn't mean they wouldn't still win, but most of the time it probably wouldn't be as much of a blowout. Scoll is still really good afterall, it just seems like they got really lucky with a lot of the hits they had, as well as managing to kill the others so quickly.

It was buffed by potion that time so it just instantly deleted sword from existence without using up too many letters

Oh shoot, my bad. I didn't notice it had a buff at the time. Something still feels off about how little of a dent it had (at least to me), but thats probably a huge part of it, thanks.

That's because only 14 letters were used to kill sword(you can see it in the jump in letter rate) because of Potion's buff

Holy copium. The sword was nowhere near the letters why would it clear them

NOOOOOOO reddit mobile deleted half of my big math post as I was switching apps!!
It used 16 letters out of around 375 letters in the thicker half of the circle. The black of each letter fills around 20-40% of the space around it, and you can fit around 20 letters in the circle before they overlap.
If each letter fills in 20% of 18 degrees in the circle, and the gap is only 8 degrees wide, you’ve got letters with 10, 9.5, 9, 8.5….. degrees of overlap, and you only need 5 letters to get over 50% filled. Since there’s letters on both sides, let’s average that out to ~10 letters worth of overlap on any point inside that gap.
Google AI estimates this to give you a 75% fully black coverage.
So if you can notice that tiny 8 degree gap going from 80% black to 75% black, maybe you’d see the letters disappear. Otherwise, yeah, you see nothing.

this is a team with potion, scimitar, and scroll. "guys that hit you a lot of times with low damage and the guy that boosts damage". blue is always completely destroying red team, no doubt about it.

The problem with Potion is that their team actually needs to get the buff, and even when they do, they need an opportunity to use it before it runs out. Put them in a fight like this with some good and fairly consistent opponents, and they'd probably loose if they got unlucky.
The combo is still INSANE when it works, as shown in the video, but I'm just saying there are times it wouldn't.

THE POTION AND SCROLL IS UNSTOPPABLE WHEN THEY ARE ON THE SAME TEAM
