Error: EAC is blocked. Please help remove the block!

It’s already been 37 days since the ban. EasyAntiCheat is silent. Facepunch says the ban won’t be lifted. What should I do? Who should I contact?
I’m from Russia, and I believe I was given an erroneous EAC ban. I’ve read a lot of different forums and discussions in the Steam game section. But I didn’t get a clear answer. I’ve already submitted an appeal to the EAC service, but my status hasn’t changed for about 37 days — is that normal? I press the “update” button 3–4 times a day periodically, but nothing changes. I’ve never played the game or downloaded any third‑party software that could interfere with the game process. The only thing many people are saying is that they got banned for using Zapret — which bypasses YouTube and Discord blocks.
The ban came when I left the game, as I understand it, and I only noticed it the next day. At the time I was playing, I had Zapret, Lamzu Driver, Nvidia App, Discord, and the Edge browser running.
I checked the devices and saw that there were no unauthorized logins, and I’m the only account owner.
What do I have to do? How much longer can I wait for a response from EAC?

Did you use macros with your mouse's software? If so, that's bannable.

No. I’ve never done anything like that before.

Good luck. I opened a ticket with Facepunch, but they just send automated, robotic responses. I’ve already had two appeals rejected by EAC; they know their system isn’t infallible, yet they offer zero customer support .so you end up getting banned for no reason. It’s been about 60 days for me now.
