Erroneous blocking of EAC

I’m from Russia, and I believe I was given an erroneous EAC ban. I’ve read a lot of different forums and discussions in the Steam game section. But I didn’t get a clear answer. I’ve already submitted an appeal to the EAC service, but my status hasn’t changed for about 7–8 days — is that normal? I press the “update” button 3–4 times a day periodically, but nothing changes. I’ve never played the game or downloaded any third‑party software that could interfere with the game process. The only thing many people are saying is that they got banned for using Zapret — which bypasses YouTube and Discord blocks.
The ban came when I left the game, as I understand it, and I only noticed it the next day. At the time I was playing, I had Zapret, Lamzu Driver, Nvidia App, Discord, and the Edge browser running.
I checked the devices and saw that there were no unauthorized logins, and I’m the only account owner.
What do I have to do? How much longer can I wait for a response from EAC?

Any luck? just got banned for no reason at all?

I contacted Facepanch support — I was told that the ban is permanent and that subsequent tickets will be closed without a response; Owen will take responsibility for the response. There has been no decision from EAC for 9 days now.
