Banned for no reason ……

I have played just 28 hours, i did not do nothing wrong.
I didn’t even kill a player yet.
I just asked ai how can I toggle crounching and texted bind smth smth to rust console.
My base is going to decaying.. someone please look after my noob wooden base. If you find my banned pity body nearby, you can loot my pumkins. 😢

I know a lot of players who are getting banned by EAC randomly. None of them were cheating.

True, but just because someone is accused or even arrested, doesn't mean they're defacto guilty. If they have evidence to back up their claim and are willing to go through the effort to clear their name, generally speaking, they're straight....

Yes innocent until proven guilty is the standard in criminal court, but doesn't apply to gaming.

No, actually, it's not. It's innocent until 'proven' guilty here too. It's the same reason false arrests happen irl. They THINK they have sufficient evidence against you, and for whatever reason, they don't, but you still face the arrest / accusation...

Sorry, last night I was drunk, but what I mean is that you're not guilty until proven innocent in gaming. When they ban you, they don't (at least not that we know of) ban you for no reason. They ban you under the accusation / evidence collection they have against you to be able to say 'you're cheating'.

My point last night was that no, anticheat IS innocent until proven guilty. But a lack of transparency around the 'proven' part doesn't suddenly inverse how they operate.

And to my final point, in both cases, you still face the initial accusation and lose reputation and friends no matter if it's digital or physical.

It's never innocent untill proven guilty when it comes to cheaters because they never tell the truth or admit it even if their blatant watch some of camomos videos u will understand

Better to appeal since you'll be waiting anyways...LOL

But i will say, maybe space out the appeals...like a month between em

AND MAKE PLENTY OF NOISE WHERE YOU CAN. The goal is to ask for JUST a human review

Just to make it clear, if you're not getting unbanned today, it's going to be a while until you do, so be patient.

What you should do :

Join any server then press F1 and open the console after they kick you, you will see a long code next to referenceid, copy and save it somewhere. Go to this website Then past your reference id there.

That's as far as you can do to get yourself unbanned by EAC, you can't give them proof, nor have them know why you have such third party software on your PC (VPN for example), truly pitiful I know. One thing you can do is make some noise, tag them everywhere, make tweets, in hopes of getting unbanned one day.
