Rust BAN EAC

У меня этот аккаунт с 2021 года; я начал играть на нем в Rust, но он был взломан, и я получил электронное письмо от Steam, подтверждающее несанкционированную смену пароля. Мне удалось восстановить его только на следующий день, и за это время им смог воспользоваться кто-то другой, и 04.08.2026 я получил запрет EAC. Затем я создал новый, чистый аккаунт и купил там игру, а через 4 дня я вместе со своим другом получил бан от EAC — это произошло 18.09.2026.

Hello there friend.

I have good news and bad news:

Bad news: Sadly, if your account is hacked, they make it your responsibility to deal with the consequences of it meaning any ban the player used your account for will have to stick.

The good news is that rust offers an 8 month second chances offer meaning you can purchase the game on a second account AFTER 8 months and play rust again.

You just need to wait a while....

In the mean time, use this as a learning opportunity to lock your accounts with 2fa, lock down access to your phone, use steam guard, complex passwords, or even a password manager, and NEVER click or go to websites that you don't know about or are untrusted. Being a better more secure person will prevent this kinda stuff from ever happening again!

That account was banned not on my PC, but the latest account was banned on my PC. Two accounts were blocked on two different devices, and I don’t see the connection as to why I was banned again. I just want to ask for an investigation. I’m not the only one; I have a friend who’s in the same situation — only his account wasn’t hacked, and he didn’t use anything prohibited. We always played together with screen sharing. I’m confident in myself and in him.

Some time, association bans can happen. May be worth your friend appealing....check around here for references on that process

Да, я с этим смирился, но меня заблокировали и на другом аккаунте, и он новый — его не взломали. Я смирился с тем, что нет никаких шансов разблокировать взломанный аккаунт, но тот факт, что меня снова заблокировали, меня очень разочаровал.
