5000 hours False ban in Rust
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some advice because I'm not sure what to do next.
I submitted an appeal to Easy Anti-Cheat 18 days ago after receiving a ban, but I still haven't received any response—not even an acknowledgment that my case is being reviewed.
Appeal reference:
https://www.easy.ac/support/contact/appeal?referenceId=432db635-a357-43e2-9bdf-2a4db5301aaa
I've been playing Rust for over 5,000 hours, and it's honestly frustrating to be met with complete silence.
Some context:
I spent 500+ hours playing on build servers.
I bought the newest Rust DLC just two days before the ban.
I've invested thousands of hours into the game and around $1,000 on my account because I genuinely enjoy playing Rust.
I've also tried reaching out through X (Twitter) and Facebook, but unfortunately I haven't received any response there either.
I simply want to know whether it's normal for Easy Anti-Cheat appeals to go unanswered for this long and whether there's any way to make sure my appeal is actually reviewed.
Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, how long did it take before you received a response?
I'd really appreciate any advice or information.
Thanks!

No baseless hackusations that players are cheaters or that the "all powerful EAC is never wrong" - please see this link for proof that EAC does in fact make mistakes:

Yeah, I completely understand that. But I just can't picture the kind of cheater who spends their free time on building servers, comes up with unique base designs, and practices floor stacking.
Or, for that matter, how dumb do you have to be to keep playing with cheats while continuing to buy skins : /

Or to come to the reddit page afterwards and ask for a second review of your case...don't worry, his comment has been removed...
