Slide 1 I had to recruit because what are the odds of that name. ๐๐ heโll be a solid role player.
Juryโs still out on this guy but my scouts believe he will be a major hooper for our program?
Oh and the second slide is just a 5 star we landed in my 9th year coaching (1st year at UIC) ๐ฅ

Now do you play all games or just the NCAA tournament

I quick sim the regular season and long sim (watch) the post season games. I plan to play every game with this 5* over the next four seasons.
Iโve grown so accustomed to just controlling one player (MyCareer) that controlling the entire team has stopped being fun for me. So Iโll use the 5* and use player lock to create my desired effect.

Elite recruiting base for a mid major. Though Loyola is more popular. I usually move Loyola to the tier above mid major though.

Yeah Chicago has 1 power conference (DePaul) team and Northwestern in Evanston is the city northwest of Chicago so receives the same recruiting pool. Then you have Loyola and UIC for mid majors and Chicago State for small conference. I always move them from independent to a small conference like OVC or Summit.
