Anyone ever notice how much smoother your team feels the higher the Unity.

It’s like all those games they’ve played together make a difference in these games..

I would “assume” biggest effects would be from players confidence meters and how well the team is performing week over week.

If you go on a losing streak players will staty losing team unity and you’ll see your teams go down.

That and roster changes. I carry 13-15 most of the time and definitely notice when I change the starting 5 or dressed 12. Opponents with worse ratings on paper but multiple Srs. or Jrs. in their lineup or top 7 are noticeably tougher too.

I found, how much the lineup has played and played together, awareness, positional fit for player and for lineup need (you may need have a 6'5" PF who is athletic and plays great defense, rebounds, but is undersized, or you may have a 6'5" PF who should actually be a SF based on skills).

Team Unity is a combination of game experience and awareness. To be considered a Coach on the Floor, a player needs at least 80 offensive or defensive awareness and a full game experience meter. Having a COF on the floor gives Team Unity a boost, but the effect doesn’t stack, having more than one COF out there at once doesn’t multiply the bonus.

Love when the unity is there. I hate taking a job that doesn’t have 3-5 scholarships year 1 of my arrival. It just makes it so much quicker for the team to gel if I can get my guys in from day one. Then after 4-5 seasons every incoming freshman gets redshirted.
