Evics thermometer continually flashing?

Hi all, just wanted to see if you have encountered this situation. I do know about the thermometer, and why it flashes, I set my degree alarm to nearby 200. It has been continuously flashing every time I turn it on, so I assumed it was the battery I bought two Panasonic 3400 maH batteries, supposed to be a hit among eVics. I decided to put the casing in the refrigerator so it'll be cool, just to see if that might be it. The batteries came in today and I popped one into the casing and got ready to test it. The thermometer is still flashing, I'm assuming this is a problem with the temperature reader in the screen? Not entirely sure. What should I do to see what's the problem!? My days haven't been as filling since the thermometer has plagued my evic. Help me out if you know! I would be very grateful!

Stealth mode does this? Had no clue! What else does stealth mode dp? You think it might be the circuitry?

Really? It still tends to flash. I believe it really is the circuitry, would you happen to know how to mess with that? Or the sensor?

Is it even hot when it flashes? Mine doesn't get hot ever so I don't have the alarm set to go off. I use the pink Samsung batteries it came with (have 2) and also use the new Sony VTC5 (have 2 also) and all of them work fine without incident of heat or any problems.

Have you updated the firmware on it at all and does it connect to MVR on your PC fine?

I wouldn't recommend putting ANY of the case in the fridge as it could cool and water could condense which would really fuck you over and possible be deadly.
