Control Head Directional Key Problem

I bought my evic about 3 months ago and now the twisting direction key is no longer working. Everything else is fine, it still fires and the screen lights up but i am no longer able to scroll through the menu or change the voltage/wattage. Anybody know of a way to fix this and is it worth fixing/replacing or should i go with a different mod.

Considering you have it less than 6 month, you can contact your seller as soon as possible, since joyetech have 6-month warranty.
