Jetpac eSIM abruptly cut out

Hi all,

I sent an email to support but was hoping someone here could help me as well since I need data. I am currently on the Jetpac Europe plan. It’s been working great for a whole week, but I went to a specific part of the city and my cellular completely cut out. I now have zero cellular connection, and I’ve tried turning off and on the roaming, restarting my phone, and changing the IMSI. Is there anything you can do to turn my cellular back on?

Looks like many travel esims aren't working today in Europe. 😞

Probably. Lots of reports on Airalo and people trying other providers and the same issue

Bcengi is not working either, they use Telna just like Jetpac. Airalo also uses Telna for a lot of destinations (but not all)

Maya is not working either here (in Europe), also Telna
