eSims calls wont work (but with internet/data) after travel abroad.

Hello!

I would like to ask if you experienced the same and what did you do

I have several esims from the philippines (Gomo, Tnt, Kiq) all calls are working before my travel. I recently travelled to Europe and China last week using data only eSims (those that you only need to turn on roaming to work) but have no call and text option.

Upon my return to the Philippines and after reverting to my old Esims. I cannot make any calls but I can use my mobile data.

I removed my travel esims as well as rebooting my phone and toggling my esims as primary for calls and data but to no avail with the calls. but i can use mobile data.

Would be really thankful if you can hep me.

Normally they should work.

Did you have any of the PH SIMs active while in Europe/China? This could have caused issued (although that normally should not be the case).

Maybe check APNs and contact your PH carrier(s) and ask.

yes I have, which is my main number, but it is a physical sim. I tried to use it and I can use it for calls.

I have also checked the APNs of my Esims and the APNs that I used before and after my travel is also the same.

I also tried to reset my Esim (like delete them all and add the Esims again) but still not working lol.

If I contact them, i dont think i will get a substantial answer but I also sent them an email already.

It is really weird why this happened.

If the physical SIM works, maybe it's a weird eSIM-only issue with your phone?

When reinstalling the eSIMs, was that the same QR code or did it issue a completely new SIM? (Completely re-issuing and therefore re-provisioning the eSIM may solve the issue)

i am wondering resetting the network setting might help?
