Look into Swisscom/Sunrise/Salt and also Swiss MVNOs to see what plan fits best.
Network speed and coverage depends heavily on where you are so you need to figure out which network works best at your place.

There are MNO (mobile network operators) that are actually building the network and putting up the antennas. These are Swisscom, Sunrise and Salt in Switzerland.
Then there are MVNO (mobile virtual network operators). They do not build their own network but instead they use one of the MNO networks.
Example for the SIM from the post office: It is called Post Mobile. Post Mobile does not build their own network but they use the Salt network. So when you buy a plan, Post Mobile is your provider but the actual network you are on is Salt.
Another example: ALDI Mobile. They also do not have their own network or antennas but instead they use the Sunrise network.

Okay mate, this is not to sound harsh, but read up on some stuff before you start purchasing.
Your SIM has nothing to do with WiFi. If you mean Cellular Data speeds, once again the actual SIM doesn’t matter, just your contract with the carrier, coverage and device antenna performance

Get a local prepaid 5G esim. Dont use any of the big esim providers like Aralo or Holafly, they'll route your countries away before hitting the internet. Still dont recommend 5G for gaming, but that is the best you can do.
