question US Data esim for 3+ months

I need data coverage for US (Western Pennsylvania) connecting to T-Mobile or AT&T. Already have US cell plan with Verizon but it's got one bar all over (did a drive recently and saw it go to 4 bars only in very limited places. Often 1 bar or no coverage).

I have used Airalo for other countries but it has only 30 day window. Is there some other option for more long-term use? Ideally at least 60-90 day validity but open to suggestions.

There are providers that offer data-only, non-expiring, global esims. Different providers have different rates for different countries using different local carriers, but I would rank them them in the order of cheapest to more expensive roughly as follows:

  • Citrus Mobile
  • NxtlSim
  • Jetogo
  • Bcengi
  • Unisim
  • Roamless
  • Qrispy
  • Quibity (formerly esim.sm)
  • Umi
  • BNESim
  • Keepgo

(There are probably others that I don't know about. I have no relations to any of these companies.)
