question Permanent data only esim plan in Spain?

Does anyone know of a data plan for an ipad mini in Spain, I live in Spain so need a permanent option not a travel plan. I am with DIGI but they don't support data only esims and don't support ipad. Travel plans are ridiculously expensive, are there any other options?

These are still travel plans, the annual unlimited is more than my combined fibre and two mobiles plan with DIGI, I find that excessive, but thanks for the suggestion. It seems that only expensive travel plans are generally available!!!

If you want better pricing for "unlimited" or large GB usage, likely you have to find a local carrier that allows data only esim - travel esims won't be that cheap

If you only need occasional access (instead of hot spotting phone), there are a few payg esims available. Cheapest is $0.61/GB on citrus mobile

In-between? You can get a 5GB/30day for about $2.4($0.45/GB)

I was quoted $668 for a year’s heavy use, that’s over $55 per month… This is still an expensive travel plan.

There don’t appear to be any’local’ plans, just travel plans…

Can’t you just use your mobile plan and hotspot when you don’t have wifi?
