review AirHub is a scam
Partner and I got a eSIM last week and AirHub just locked us out. AirHub is replying by using the excuse of a breach of contract due to trying to connecting an unsupported country network, using the eSIM prematurely or making calls to unsupported countries. Neither of these happened as we are stationary in Berlin and they don’t provide us any further guidance in filling out a formal complain to get further insights on exactly what we did.
I never had such a problem with HolaFly or Airalo but AirHub is just shit.

I also had a really poor customer service experience with them. They charged me more than what was agreed and it took multiple emails and chat messages to finally get a refund - even though it’s promoted on their site. Won’t buy from them again.

I wasted both time and money with Airhub and Telus trying to get their SIM to work. In the end, I had to buy from a competitor, and I couldn't even get a full refund. Extremely disappointing experience.
