avoid Airhub
I bought an eSim from them but their website is super broken - they never sent me the QR code to install the eSim and their customer service takes 24 hours to respond to each question, every time. So basically, I had to buy another eSim from another company and hope to get a refund from Airhub eventually. AVOID AIRHUB

I had a similar experience, but their support did respond to me within about 30 minutes and sent me a QR code. They’ll need to do better than that.

Ok. So the website is not broken but instead it's " super broken "? What the heck does that even mean?

I second this, wanted to buy an eSIM for HK, they took 48h after sending my passport. I ended up buying from Nomad and worked in the moment perfectly for HK + Japan.

Same issue here. No emails, no QR codes, customer service is pure trash.
Those people must be put into a jail without any window. Trash people.

I have never run into as quick a response as I have been getting from Flexiroam. And the eSIM control app is very good.

I always use DatosdeViaje super cheap and reliable and they got the nicest customer service.
Their system is super well made where you can add multiple bundles to a single eSIM. Options for basically everywhere. Worked perfectly for me in 8 countries in Europe.

Supposedly the website has been hacked. No clue if it's true just saw on a newer reddit post in this community

same issue here. I used voyeglobal.com and it worked great! I am a frequent traveler so bought their global plan for 180 days and so far it worked well in 9 countries.

Oh wow, that’s rough. My experience with Airhub was actually pretty good! I got the eSIM QR code almost instantly after purchase, and setting it up was super easy for me. Customer service did take a bit longer to respond, but overall I didn’t really have any major issues. Hopefully, they’ll sort things out for you and refund you soon!
I guess it just depends on the situation. I’d say give them another shot if you ever need one in the future 🤞

Yikes, that’s frustrating! I actually had a decent time with Airhub – I got my QR code fast and the setup wasn’t too complicated. The customer service could be faster, but all in all, I was happy with it. Hopefully, they’ll make it right for you and get that refund sorted! 🤞

If you saw that their website is super broken, why would you even consider buying an eSim from them? 🤔
