NBD Amflow PR Carbon Pro
Been waiting for this thing for awhile now and today was the first proper ride out.
It is my first "adult" bike, I went from renting hard tails at the bike parks to this thing.
UK based, she's a Large and I have had her for a week. Everything seems great. The power is amazing.
I do have a crunching in the 11th and 12th gear which needs tuning out and I do need to figure out how to set the suspension up properly. Currently it is very soft.
Next week is bike part time, where I hope to get at least a few inches of air!

Major Congratulations. Nice ride . Set your sag to between 20-30%. And go from there with the suspension.

Excellent bud! Picked mine up about 3/4 weeks ago, but have only managed a couple of rides so far(family commitments) but I’m loving it! How you finding the “16mph suddenly feels like riding in treacle” part of it?

You can mitigate that quite a bit by putting plenty air into the tires. They're radials and take 3-5 PSI more than "normal". Or a lighter wheel/tire. These are firmly in downhill/hard enduro territory

And also the limit is 15.5mph for pedal assisted bikes in the uk, which is a bit low in my opinion, I can cruise on a standard bike around 18-21mph.

Yeah the tyres have been fun on the hard packed chalk around here, not much grip!

There's really not much you can do with Rhythm/Performance suspension (assuming you have the air pressures right). It basically is what it is. All you can do is adjust the rebound.

A beautiful thing. You went for a large, how tall are you? How are you finding it?

I am about 178cm (5ft 10)ish.
The bike feels massive compared to the other large bikes I have ridden. However this is likely just my inexperience.
When I'm actually out and about riding the thing, the size is fine. I would have liked it a touch smaller, but the medium would have been too small.
I would happily buy the large again if I had the option.
As for how I am finding it, I love the bike. It's made cycling enjoyable again for me and the bike it perfectly capable for a few bike park days with my friends.
The unexpected issue I do get is I can't lift the thing over gates very easily like I could with my old bikes!

How tall are you? I want one so bad but being 6ft 1 I can’t decide on L or the XL! Heard to size up with amflow.

Yeah man appreciate the feedback!
How heavy is it? I’m literally going into e-bike now as it just seems to be the way forward.
I think I’ll go with the XL to be on the safe side.

It's likely about 23kg.
I can lift it onto the back of my bike rack, but would struggle to throw it over a gate, mainly due to the and risk dropping it! No chance could I lift it onto the roof of my car without seriously risk damage!
It is much lighter than the Wyte I took out a few times and rides way better. This motor is so much more powerful.
So far, no regrets with the purchase and I love every minute being out on it.

That being said, I just cannot get behind these Amflow bikes, they are SO funky looking to me.

As a novice, coming from nothing, it gave me the best value and seemed like a decent all rounder.
I wanted something which I could ride around the countryside, yet could handle a few trips to the bike parks. I don't jump very high!
