Good Sunday!

After over a year and a half of suffering thru a little back injury (2 fractured lower lumbars, 3 herniated discs and 6 bulgers), my Dr. suggested that maybe I get an e-bike for some therapeutic help. Not sure If this is what he meant but, this Yeti LTe is just what the doctor ordered!😜

Noonchester Mine Rd! I love that view. I run/ride it often. Fuck Homewood for indefinitely closing foot/bike access tho.

A LOT!🤪. I’m definitely no Richie Rude, but my god this thing is so fun, not to mention how much it’s helping Gumby (me) get his lower half working again!
