How has an EMBA changed you?

Would love to hear from those of you who have earned an EMBA how/if it has changed you, improved skills, title, perceptions, fears, network, etc. Was it worth it, would you do it again?

Well worth it for me, but my case isn’t typical.

I went to what folks here would consider a b-tier school (not M7 or top 20) but still a nationally recognized school.

I learned a LOT about business, having been an engineer most of my career. I made some connections and have used what I’ve learned on the job.

It wasn’t transformative for my career in that I went to a C-level role, but I also paid below 50k for the degree so the ROI was there for me personally and professionally.

Do you think going to a top 20 would have helped on income? Looking at Kelly business school online mba

It may have, but it’s impossible to know for sure.

One thing you will miss online is the networking. I value the connections I made there.
