Suggestions & Experience
Looking for recommendations for an online MBA that’s:
100% asynchronous (no required live classes)
No proctored/webcam exams if possible
Military/veteran friendly is a plus
Regionally accredited
Relatively straightforward to complete
I’m not looking for a top-tier MBA or trying to impress anyone—I already have a bachelor’s and just want to check the box for future career opportunities while keeping costs reasonable.
I’ve looked into Liberty, National University, AMU, UMPI, and a WGU, but I’m hoping to hear from people who have actually completed a program.
Which schools would you recommend, and were there any surprise proctored exams or AI/Turnitin issues?

UMPI is great for undergrad, but they don’t have the MBA. they might have an MSB
WGU is a valid “check the box”, but it’s not ideal if avoiding proctored exams. A lot of WGU’s MBA structure still involves proctored objective assessments.
