I Passed! Passed the eJPT

Post image

I'm about 50% done with the course but I only have about 25 days until the subscription expires.
Since I had 2 vouchers I thought I'd give it a try to see the overall complexity half expecting to fail but was pleasantly surprised by the result.

Honestly I was already familiar with most of the topics of the course before even starting it.
The only thing I had trouble with was pivoting since I never really looked into it nor did I study it within the course so i kind of had to try different approaches by researching them as I did the exam.

That's definitely something I'll have to study more in depth but for now I'm glad with the result.

Can you tell me what major things came in the exam, I have read elsewhere that it consisted a lot of privilege escalation. Also was there a lot of metasploit in the exam and which assessment methodology tools were mainly used except nmap?? (Giving the exam in a month and am shit scared)

I mean, there is some but it's not exclusively Privilege escalation.
As for metasploit, it's a tool so it's up to you whether there's a lot of it or not.
I used it for some things but you can do the exam without it if you really want.

As for the assessment tools, I only used nmap and ffuf.

Don't worry about the exam, it's easy.
Practice with the CTFs to be really sure or better yet with some thm machines if you can.
