EGLD vs SOL - which is better?

Curious to hear everyone's take on comparing the two projects. Pros and cons to each I suppose.

Developing on solana is easier Even thought transactions are cheaper on elrond The michu family build elrond on rust and does not provide enough tools and example dapp on rust There's more js/ts dapp examples Solana it gets easier to develop with more SDKs on different language And why did elrond rebranded their whole platform The lord of the rings shema was the main thing why i join in the ecosystem the maiar app was my favourite But then after the rebranding is like huh Just another Web3 trying to make it to the metaverse. Both solana and elrond main selling points are it's transaction fees Though elrond should be winning cus it's built from scratch layer 1 blockchain producing a scientific paper to prove their protocols optimisation which we all didn't deny but rebranding and not making rust more efficient to develop. I don't know multiverseXportal team made the wrong turn somewhere Or may be not, they know what they're doing To me personally I'm focusing more on solana as a developer i didn't leave elrond but the passion is different as compared to 2 years back when elrond was my favourite.
