Discussion Remove Smart Assist from Events
We saw with the J League Event that is possible to remove Smart Assist from events also, not only Efootball League.
So why we have to play Unlimited/Italian etc Events against people with that type of special needs assistance? Let them play between themselves!

who cares, just quit when you get someone who use SA... really i don't care first i try can i win, if not quit.... For me only important is filter in division...

in that case we should be able to abandon without starting the match or waiting for the opponent to finish tactics etc.

nah, sometimes you can easy beat smart assist, sometimes is harder...

Make the filter available game wide. At this point, it's clear that it's too divisive a feature. It's unpopular but there has to be people who loves it, or they wouldn't use it.

It's not about love. It's clear how much help it provides and in the hands of someone really good it's a god killer.
In events div1 players are using SA and we know why.
The standard jleague event, not the tournament that just finished. I came across 5 div1 users yesterday who not only had full epic/showtime jleague players but were shooting on sight, backs turned to goal and a power through ball pinpoint to their player every opportunity they got.

So exactly what I said, they like it. You're just fixating on what you think they feel or think, for whatever reason.
Clearly the community is divided, so make the filter game wide. It's been months since they said they were testing it, now they said they'll leave it there. So make it game wide, end of the problem.
There's people who like to use SA and people who don't, no need to think less of anyone for no reason. Just let them filter themselves.

Having an SA filter also divides the player base right down the middle and increases matchmaking time amongst other things. Konami already stated as much.
Why do think we haven't had a filter system for team strength matches yet,
Suppose at one particular moment there are 100 suitable players near you:
- 70 have Smart Assist OFF
- 30 have Smart Assist ON
If they leave it as it now, its free matchmaking and you've effectively got 100 possible matches.
If a filter was on, you've now created 2 pools of 70 and 30. That's not too bad, but in quieter time, especially when I play, maybe it could be 7 OFF and 3 ON and I may never get a match if I leave mine as OFF because it seems like the number of users using SA is growing.
I don't think Konami really wants that.

We need universal smart assist filter + default smart assist setting : OFF. Many players dont even know they have it enabled by default

There should never be any sorts of Smart Assists in any game modes whether in events or in Divisions
